Rock Star USA Inc. operates as a real estate education, advisory, and community-building company based in Florida. Our goal is to help individuals and families take control of their financial future by learning how to build and manage real estate investment portfolios in the United States.

Through education, consulting, and investor networking, we guide our members through every stage of real estate investing — from understanding market fundamentals to identifying opportunities and building long-term wealth strategies.

Tom Karadza

Tom brings over 18 years of experience in real estate investing, education, and business strategy.

After successful careers with Oracle and NetSuite, he co-founded Rock Star Real Estate Inc. in 2007 to help Canadians achieve financial independence through real estate.

At Rock Star USA, Tom focuses on partnerships, growth strategy, and expanding operations across the U.S.

Nick Karadza

Nick has helped thousands of investors learn to build income-producing portfolios through hands-on education and training.

He oversees Rock Star’s membership platforms, events, and educational systems, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every member.

His focus for Rock Star USA is scaling the Inner Circle platform and leading educational programming.
